What Is The Ranch Party Round Up?

Held at The Shrunken Head on the second Sunday of each month and hosted by Slim White and The Averys, The Ranch Party Round Up is a showcase of classic country bands for folks that like their country music old style, with a powerful dose of Honky Tonk and Bakersfield attitude. We feature acts that honor the traditions of classic country from the great artists of the '40s, '50s and '60s. You will also enjoy a program of real vinyl country records provided by our DJ Boots Massing. Between sets, we'll keep you entertained with a round of Country Music Trivia, with prizes awarded to folks who know their Country Music history. The Ranch Party Round Up starts at 5 PM and goes until 9, and admission is free. If you think your band would be a good fit for the bill, or you would like to recommend a band for the Round Up, let us know.
